Full Management Service.

This service comprises of:-

  • Colour photographs displayed in our office and a To Let board erected at the property .
  • Advertising in the local newspaper , locating suitable tenants,Accompanying tenant applicants to view the property.
  • Extensive tenant checks and full tenancy agreement preparation arranging signature by the tenant.
  • Preparation of full inventory.
  • Transferring utility accounts to tenants. 
  • Collecting rental payments. 
  • Liaising with you, the tenant and tradesman over urgent matters regarding repair and maintenance.
  • Carrying out maintenance in your absence if required. 
  • Regular inspection of property.
  • Ordering safety checks. 
  • Full inventory check once tenant vacates the property
  •  Collecting and holding as stakeholders a deposit (bond) from the tenant.
  • Checking the tenant into the property and agreeing the inventory.
  • Receiving rental payments monthly in advance, and paying you promptly
  • Inspecting the property periodically, and reporting any problems to you.
  • Keeping in touch with the tenant on a routine basis, and arranging renewals of the agreement as necessary 
  • Checking tenants out as required, re-letting and continuing the process with the minimum of re-letting and continuing the process with the minimum of vacant periods to ensure that you receive the optimum return from your property.
